SHIPPING TIME: All slides are made on request/order. You can follow them with a tracking code when we shipping out. (Please note sometimes it can take up longer than expected with the indicated times) If you want your order for a specific date, please let us know after you place the order so we can hopefully make it on time!

We therefore recommend that you fit the size somewhere first so that you can be sure of the right shoe size or check for the size fit guide. We’re not responsible for any damage or how you’ve handled with wearing them.

TERMS: Please note that sometimes through other circumstances, there are shipping delays for orders worldwide. We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes. Sometimes packages tend to be delivered to your local post office where you have to pick up the package and may be subject to pay import taxes. Additionally, we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our country. We always provide a tracking link to follow your order, and at that point, it is on the post delivery to ensure that the package is delivered.
